Replacing Window seals / gasket / trim - need help pls

Hi Folks,

We just bought this camper last fall.
I am in the process of renovating our 2008 Rage'n Stryker 4005 Toy Hauler and have spent a small fortune in parts and labor (mine) in remediation of soft wood, electrical system upgrades and a complete suspension rebuild, tires (and lots more)..
I would like to bring the outside up to snuff and part of that is in general cleanup and repairing any leaks. The window seals are starting to harden and have turned from a pristine white to a black / gray / yeech! Color..
I've hit all the stores that I have bought other parts from and so far have come up with nothing but lemons..

I apologize for the crummy pics, but if anyone has any leads on where to buy this gasket/seal material for my windows that would be a phenomenal help...
Barring replacement - any cleaners that will return these back to white would also be helpful.. Simple-Green and Bleach aren't working..

We had to remove a window to install a residential refrigerator. A RV Window shop sold to me new gasket to go all the way around the window. Two tips they gave me: 1) Allow about 24 inches extra to be able to loosely to go around the corners. If you stretch the corners tight, a bad seal will be the result. 2) Use the best clear weather caulk you can find. Caulk the top edge, all the way down the front edge and about two thirds down the rear edge. You do not seal the bottom to be sure any water that may enter will drip out.

Replacing Window seals / gasket / trim - need help pls

Well, I was unable to locate replacement gaskets that matched the windows.
Dar told me I was not being patient enough with her method of soaking in a 25% bleach solution for 6 hours..
This picture shows the results - while not 100% perfect, certainly a BUNCH better!
Thanks to my DW!
