Wow, that had to be a lot of work, but what a beautiful rig. Even wooden canoe on top. I'd like to know more about the tow vehicle. I'm sure this will turn a few head around at CGs.

The 1.6 ltr motor seems way to small for that load.
Sure is a cool looking setup though. Needs a small block V8.

Now that is COOL! Loads of work on that one!
I have a 1928 Tudor sedan, but never pulled anything. I have carried my 16 foot canoe on it though.
ps. it has a 429/C6/9 inch drive train.

When I grew up in farm country model A's were very common on the road. Back then people didn't care about those silly GVWR or GCWR things. If something needed moving or hauling they just piled it on the model A or a trailer behind it and if it didn't collapse they figured they were good and took off. Used to see some horrendous loads on those old timers.

They are still using that same mentality in Mexico. I've seen some cars and pick-up's so overloaded it's beyond comical.

As for the initial post, that set-up is SPECTACULAR!

I'm curious how you managed to shoehorn a 429 inside a Model A hood...
