Rieco Titan 2500# Electric Jacks- Troubleshooting

I got to our campsite on Labor Day and started dropping the electric Rieco Titan #2500lb. jacks to my Arctic Fox 811 Camper. The Jacks went down part way and then they stopped. The Green Light on the Jack Activation Switch faded out. I pushed the toggle switch again to "on" and hit the jack button on the remote- again the Green Light faded out. The jacks wouldn't work. Not sure what the issue is. On a positive note, I learned how to use the manual crank function for the jacks, but I can't say it was fun.

Here is what I have done so far- cleaned the battery terminals- which were clean.
Checked the charge on the batteries= 13.4.
All plugs to each individual jack are securely plugged in.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

locate controller... check fuses.. connectors.

with light going ON then slowly off.... might say.. 2 fuses.. master and slave fuses.
or bad connection someplace.

best of luck. a 12 volt trouble light will be handy with this one. auto parts store.
a cheap one will work. but NOT an LED type..
older type with light bulb.. for a LOAD on the circuit.
