We have a truckers atlas and also one we picked up at Wally World that shows all their loctaions.

The big laminated Rand-Mcnally truckers atlas. It tell you where all the low over passes and restricted routes are. I would not drive an RV on a route that is restricted for trucks. There usually is a very good reason why they are restricted.

In addition to all the good inputs already posted, we travel with a copy "Walmart's" unique road atlas version. Unique in that there's a table listing all Walmarts and some info about the store, like whether there's gas and/or diesel fuel pumps available..

Trucker's Atlas - shows highways suitable for a large RV/truck.

FMCA atlas - shows all Walmarts directly on the maps. For those that do not always utilize campgrounds.

I have these but use MS Streets & Trips and my Garmin 255w GPS. I keep both updated with the latest maps and POIs.

I also use Bing and Google Earth satellite views.

I just picked one up from Walmart about $8. I use it when I'm looking a the large picture and then use my GPS.

The rand McNally version at walmart has all the walmart locations in it.

We have a new GPS, have used it twice keep forgetting it at the S&B. still feel better with the Rand
