While reviewing my RV insurance I discovered I have roadside assistance provided by AGREO. There is no explanation of terms or conditions included with policy. I spoke with insurance co, Allied, and was informed the overages pretty much mirror the service provided by Good Sam FMC ect. Has anyone one out there had any dealings with this service. Thinking about dropping my GS service as they have doubled the price. Thanks for the replys. Jake

I would be very surprised if they provide heavy truck tire services, towing suitable for an RV, RV tech services, mobile RV tech, etc. But maybe so...

Basically AGERO is the middle person in all of this. Allstate, Progressive, State Farm, and it is possible that CoachNet, FMCA, and others contract with AGERO to provide this service to their customers. AGERO maintains the database of service providers and provides the call takers to take the info and make the calls. Equate this to ADT, SimplySmart, or other alarm companies as far as the process.
