Basically AGERO is the middle person in all of this. Allstate, Progressive, State Farm, and it is possible that CoachNet, FMCA, and others contract with AGERO to provide this service to their customers. AGERO maintains the database of service providers and provides the call takers to take the info and make the calls. Equate this to ADT, SimplySmart, or other alarm companies as far as the process.
