Rock and Roll

We get a little more Motion (Rock and Roll) then we like in our 35 foot Holiday Rambler motorhome. Where does one start in stabilizing the ride.

Often it's helpful to know a little more specific information when trying to diagnose problems. Perhaps indicate the model, chassis, age, mileage, and type of road conditions you're most concerned about.

Happy motoring.

are you referring to 'the ride', or
the 'park'?

In addition to knowing more about your motorhome and chassis, it would also help to know what kind of ride problems you are having. Is it porpoising, is it leaning to the side excessively on turns, is it wandering, or is it just a harsh ride in general?

Also do you pull a car behind your MH? If yes does it handle differently when not towing?

Thanks for the reply, it is a 2012 Holiday Rambler Vacationer model SBD. We are the second owner, it had 12000 miles on it when we bought it and we have put about 7000 miles on it. The build sheet says Ford F550. We have always pulled a tow. My wife seems to get motion sickness when we get off of the interstate. I assume it is the side to side motion when we get on two lane highways. I was wondering if I could stabilize it with better shocks or sway bar.
