I am going to put EternaBond on the roof seams and then I would like to use a white coating to seal the metal roof and reflect the sun. I am open to all suggestions. (As long as they are reasonable)

Could you use Kool Seal 5-Gallon Premium WHT Elastomeric Roof Coating on eBay! to coat the roof, then skip the Eternabond and its expense? It says - not to be used on EPDM material- but your metal roof qualifies.

Kool Seal would work, and if the roof is metal you can use the regular Kool Seal instead of the RV version (which is for use on EPDM roofs).
Dyco #890 is another such product. but a Lowes or Home Depot will have a selection of products for metal roofs. Henry's is another top name in the roof coating arena.
