roof repair 1999 mountian aire

will be repairing bad areas on motor MH today will be removing old dicor and any damage wood old owner did a cover up rubber has can loose from under structure need to rebuild and replace where needed and to look for mold will post pic as I do this repairs back area at latter first the corner has to have rubber roll back and wood repaired .thank god I still able to do it my self will keep ypu all posted as we go along with pic's

found a critter was living in here at one time about 50 nut shells or so Ate ahole on the heat duct but got it fixed.Now to replace the decking and re=install the rubber roof tomorrow

here is some more pic's roof now done Had to get it finished as there calling for rain will use enabond all the way around sides and flashings when weather pemits

thanks Nick I plan on putting etenabond all the way a round including the vents.Not a hard job at all just time consuming.
