Roof Seal

Could anyone please tell me what is the best way to seal an rv roof? We just bought a 1999 Sunnybrook 26 DB. It is in excellent condition. We would like to seal the roof in order to help keep it in excellent condition. Any suggestions of best product/method for sealing the roof for this RV would be greatly appreciated!!

Thank you!

If you are talking about sealing around vents and such, Dicor is what is usually used. https://dicorproducts.com/product/ep...iAAEgL30PD_BwE

Lots of videos on YouTube for dicor and other products. I purchased the dicor products but haven't installed them yet

If it is a rubber EPDM roof it has a warranty period of 12 years and a life expectancy of about 20 years. It can be re-coated with a coating that you roll on that will help but at some point it will need the membrane replaced. Dicor self leveling sealant should be used on any cracked seams. If they are really cracked like an alligator skin they will need the dicor removed before reapplying. Check twice a year.
