Thank you all for your response! What a great web site this is. I am leaning towards not buying an extended warranty, but want to check out route 66. Dose anyone out their have a number to call? I emailed their web page but have not heard back. Thanks again!

Try 1-866-434-7866, since my coverage expired, I don't have the card with the number into claims.
I think you'll find it's a very good program.
