I have just come across a 5er that I have not heard of before. It is a '96 Royals Int'l Homestead model. It's 40' with a completely flat floor - front to rear. Interior is laid out like a motorhome with living area in front, center galley, bath, and bedroom. Off the top of my head this seems like a great layout and I am wondering why this floorplan was discontinued. I am doing 5er pre-purchase research and, while this unit is older that I would normally consider, the layout is interesting. Would very much like to hear comments.
Thanks.
