RV Bubble Pressure Test?
I was just looking at a used 9 year old fifth wheel at a large local dealer. The told me that on every unit they sell, they seal up the door and pump in a high volume of air. They then go around pouring soap solution on all seams, window seals, etc. Any leaks will make bubbles.
I have never heard of this before. Is it all common? Does it really work?

Well now I would to like see the machine they have for generating that kind of air volume  . Sounds like a tall tale to me.

It could be as simple as fitting a large fan into the door opening and blowing air into the RV and pressurising it.
This was what an house building company I used to work for did as part of their energy audit for new houses they built.

I work at the Shipyard and work on Submarines testing the ships equipment during
Maintenance upkeeps and repairs. That that is how we test shipboard piping systems after repairs for leaks. Just seal up the system connect a air hose to a air fitting, build up pressure very slowly to operational air pressure. Apply water and soap on the out side on the joints and valves looking for bubbles(leaking air) it works pretty well.

I saw a thread here where someone rented a carpet dryer (big squirrel cage blower) and ducted it into the passenger side window of their 'C' to do it.

Call me a little skeptical, I wonder how much pressure they can build up, lots of stuff to tape up to get any where close to air tight. Especally in a motorhome.
