RV Cookbook Recipes Needed

Centennial RV Cookbook to Celebrate 100 Years of the RV Industry

Help celebrate 100 Years of RVing by being part of a publication designed for every RV enthusiast. In commemorating this big event 100 Years of RVing 1910 to 2010, author and enthusiast Evada Cooper is collecting your favorite RV recipes for this cookbook published by TSTC Publishing. It will be in major bookstores across the country in January 2011.

The collection of RV Recipes is being submitted by members of Clubs & Organizations throughout the United States and will include historical information and photos, RV maintenance tips, checklists and procedures as well.

Each person who submits a recipe and is chosen for the cookbook will be given a special feature page with their photo, personal RV History, as well as the Group/Club they represent at no cost to them. The publisher will send a free cookbook to all who are selected for the publication.

The deadline to submit information is April 26th. Individuals or RV Clubs/Groups may submit your recipe and information to

How is it one careless match can start a forest fire but it takes a whole box to start a campfire?

I've been chosen!!!

I got an email tonight from Evada saying one of my recipes made the book!
Quote:
Thank you for submitting your recipe for the Collector’s Edition RV Centennial Cookbook – Celebrating 100 Years of RV History. There were so many wonderful recipes to choose from.

I am happy to inform you that your recipe has been chosen for this publication. You will be receiving a complimentary copy of this cookbook when it is released on the market which is planned for later on this year.

Your personal copy will be autographed by me.
I don't know which one made it, I guess I'll have to wait for the book to arrive. She's going to promote the book on her website. Look for my page with a plug for iRV2!

The cookbook is just about ready for distribution. I found it for pre-order on Amazon.com - so you can see what it will look like.

Thanks, Sandy, for posting about this. I'm just like Charlie Brown & the mailbox, checking each day, anxiously awaiting my copy arrival.

Lori -

Two of our Texas Boomer recipes made the book and I've received several emails from Evada about the promotion and how to pre-order one. I'm like you - checking the mailbox everyday!

A cool article HERE about the upcoming cookbook!!!

There's been a delay in the publishing of the cookbook, but I'm anxiously awaiting mine. Also, I've sent an email to Evada inviting her to our National Rally at Bethpage. I hope she can come. It'd be a great opportunity to meet members who contributed to her book & to sell more to attendees.

Do we even know who all of our members have recipes in it? Can we have a roll call?
