I think we all agree, the basics are to keep control of the steering wheel, steer in the direction we want the MH to go, and to NOT step on the brakes.

There will never be total agreement on whether or not to accelerate. The biggest issue is that the thought of pushing down on the accelerator is contrary to what all of us want to accomplish,, to slow our speed and eventually come to a stop. Because of all i have read, and having driven in slippery conditions, i don't think i'll have any trouble keeping my foot off the brake pedal before control of the situation is had. For now, accelerating probably wouldn't take place.

Further off topic, i'm always surprised when people complain about a thread they don't like. No one forces a person to click on and read a thread. We all have the freedom to read what we want, offer an opinion or advice, agree with someone, debate with another, and/or leave the thread if we don't like what we're reading. The moderator will handle anything that goes against forum guidelines.
