Lots of discussion of bad drivers here.

One point is many should call 911 when this is seen.

We maintain public safety systems and as such have their radios in our vehicle to allow us to monitor traffic.

Many calls throughout the day and as an old saying goes..."can outrun me but not motorola" the LEO will respond and get them.

The accident was bad and sandwiched the rv into another trailer.

The truck likely was driving at speed and possibly making other moves up the road that someone could have flagged.

We have been ran off the road at 65 plus in work truck by rigs not paying attention or in harvest season by fruit haulers and soon hear a dispatch for very truck or car.

I'm sure it happened and i certainly feel for those involved. But it's just weird that it isn't in the news. The news media thrives on this kind of stuff and usually has no problem at all publishing/posting it.

Good find, but it does show one needs to keep looking for these articles. The original post here was on 7/14, and this article is dated 7/21.

I guess it was 'fake news' for a week.

I cannot wait for the day that all vehicles including RV's are required to have automatic emergency braking tied to radar.
