Lazy Days in Florid

We purchased our 2005 Winnie Aspect from them 2 years ago. The PDI was terrible. They had the unit on the lot for at least 10 days if not more and didn't fix a thing until we got the dealership to finish the deal. They already had a down pmt as we knew for 4 months the winnie was coming in as a trade. They had to come to the transfer lot to do the repairs as the garage was full of other units. There were mismatched tires on the drive axle and the spare was flat (blown out) and had to be replaced. Some interior lights did not work, smoke alarms were beeping (bad batteries), propane alarm had been disconnected and reinstalled. When my wife mentioned the problems, the customer service rep said, "well, you didn't buy a new motor home you know". Nice attitude. The mechs were super nice, but the office personnel were mostly just bearable. We haven't been back since. As we live quite a distance away and get service elsewhere.

Being that your post is so recent (now) it is apparent they haven't learned anything. Total disregard for client care. Most of all these are expensive unit. They are too busy to give a cray. Reading here convinced me that they don't deserve my sale. Fancy frills and breakfast do not impress me. I can pour myself a drink and cook my own eggs.
I will go with RV Orlando.

My experience with Lazydays has been totally different than the above poster. My 13 year old Eagle MH was gone through with many items fixed or adujusted, a number of things I had not even noticed, before the papers were signed. At the PDI the individual doing it noticed that the inverter was not working and advised me not to leave until it was fixed which they did within a couple of hours. I also brought it back after a couple of weeks and my first trip for a couple of items which they fixed quickly and on pickup they even had there shop manager and than their trouble shooter availble for me to ask some questions and also gave me some valuable info. on my unit. Also advised me that if anything came up in the 30 warranty period just let them know by email exactly what it was and then I could bring it in anytime, but to avoid if at all possible the winter snowbird season as they are booked for weeks at a time.
I will look first a LD's if I ever decide to go for another MH.
