RV friendly housing communities

Does anyone have any experience with, or even any impressions of, these two communities in middle Tennessee - Gardens RV Village and Cumberland Mountain Preserve? We are considering visiting this area to re-locate from Florida(too hot and property taxes). Any info would be helpful.

We have friends who own a home in The Gardens in Crossville. It's on Hawethorn Loop, in the original section. A very nice place, in my opinion and the neighbors seemed friendly when we visited. If you can find a home you like and one with a garage suitable for your coach (or have one built to your needs), I think it's a good choice.

I don't know about the tax rates, though. As in Florida, rates vary with the municipality.
