RV Furniture store suggestion

I'm looking to do some changes and upgrades to my unit. First changing out my table to a booth dinette. Anyone know of any rv furniture stores besides camping world? Thanks

Don't use "RV" furniture...it will cost twice as much as normal furniture. Regular household furniture works fine and costs much less.

We bought a dinette table from RVFurniture.com. They make custom wood furniture and are a provider for several RV manufacturers. Highly recommended. They built our table to order, provided stain samples to match, and were very reasonable in cost.

Here's the table they built for us...

And here's what it replaced...

If you could, Elkart Indiana has a plethora of RV Surplus from manufacturers in the area.
We have purchased many pieces of furniture from there at usually less than half the cost of new. Google RV Surplus Elkart Indiana !

Very timely subject, we hate our sofa, it seems way to narrow. My guess is we can install a residential sofa, as long as it fits and we can get it through the door. Is there any suggestions on what we should look for? Does it have to be secured like the original?

Give a look at Bradd & Hall. I have no association with them other than being a customer.

Get a La-Z-Boy reclining sofa or loveseat. The backs come off them so they're easy to get through the door. Sarah can show you a photo of hers.

Yep, we've done that on two motorhomes so far.

Absolutely! Just take careful measurements of the space, including the height that could possibly block a window and the "footprint" if it sits in a slide. If you choose a reclining sofa, look for a "wall-away" model that doesn't need much space to recline...and be sure to measure the area needed to extend the footrest of the recliner.

Since we chose a La-z-boy with removable backs, getting the new sofa in was easy...the furniture store delivered and carried it inside! The biggest challenge for us was getting the old stuff OUT. It had to be disassembled, and the door to the RV removed.

We did not secure our new sofa to the floor since it is installed between the dinette booth and a wall, but the existing seatbelts do come up between the sections and can be used to secure the sofa.
