RV Newbie needs help... please!

We are new to rving and have a 2010 Grand Junction. We are camping this weekend and cannot find the controls for the heater. It has ducted floor heating but we simply cannot find where to turn it on!! I know this sounds really silly, but we have tried everything. If anyone knows or has any ideas please let us know. The Duo-therm ac controls only have the modes of cool, fan and off. ???? We are stumped and cold! Thanks.

Sorry, I can't help but there has to be a thermostat somewhere on a wall. Is there anyone else in the campground there that might be able to help? No manuals? Maybe find a manual online since you have access to computer and Internet?

Good luck

Still cold

There is only a a/c thermostat, with only those 3 mode setting... cool, fan, and off. I tried putting the temperature to 80 degrees and put it on fan but the a/c just starts blowing, and it isn't warm air! I really don't know what to do. I've looked online for help but we are just stumped. Any help would be appreciated.

Something tells me that if you can set the temp on that thermostat, there has to be a way of turning the furnace on? No switches on bottom of thermostat? Any name on thermostat? Are you boon docking with no other campers around that might have fresh eyes or ideas?

Welcome to irv2.
Do you have two AC's and if you do what Zone are you in?
Select the Zone # 1 and you should see furnace.
Adjust your temp setting to draw heat.

Control operation

OH MY GOODNESS 007!! You have a fitting name!! YAY! Zone 1 has the furnace setting when I put the temp setting up. This is what happens when you don't have an owner's manual, but thankfully, there are people like you to help! Thank you sooo much!

Sounds like you found thermostat for second a/c. It has no heat function. You have another t-stat in main cabin.

She has one control which controls both AC's and furnace.
She is now warming up.
