RV One

Just joined. Hi to all. I wanted to make a comment or 2 about RV One / RV Direct. I just purchased my 2nd travel trailer in 5 years from them. Both transactions went very well and I saved thousands each time. I can't seem to find any positive reviews and don't know why. Everything went well both times with the exception of a tax percentage mix up but that was cleared up quickly and to my complete satisfaction. I must admit that buying something as expensive as any size Rv online can feel very scary but I highly recommend this company if you want to save a boatload of cash. I live in Santa Fe, NM and had my new Jayco delivered to Des Moines RV and they were very professional. My wife and I pulled our Jayco 22 FB over 60000 miles in 5 years. No issues whatsoever. Our new unit is a 28RLS. Seems like the Taj d Mahal after the wee 22 footer with no slide. We are looking forward to another 5 years and 60000+ miles on this one.
Happy Camping folks

Thank you for one of the minimal positive posts about dealer service.

What, (and where), is "RV One / RV Direct"?

Mel,

RVOne/RVDirect is a family owned group of RV dealerships based in Albany, NY. They have five locations and stores, Buffalo RV, Albany RV, Orlando RV, Tampa RV, and Des Moines RV. The stores are owned by the Strollo brothers.

We bought our Berkshire from them and they were excellent to deal with. We got a great deal and I will buy from them again without hesitation. They beat both Lazy Days and MHSRV by thousands and the entire experience was great from making the deal to after the sale service.

I can't comment on their towable lines, but their motorhome lines are Entegra, Newmar, and Forest River and I believe some of the smaller Winnebago products. They represent Entegra and Newmar at the Hershey Show and have consistently sold over 100 motorhomes at that show.
