RV Park Superguides...

As anyone heard of these? My wife found this site and they are offering discounts at campgrounds and RV Parks. Does anyone know of similar programs to save $ at campgrounds and RV parks? My wife and I are planning our first camping trip in our TT. Just wondering if these are too good to be true. Thanks

I think you will find a lot of postings on this site about this. Do a search. It appears to be a scam.

Being an old, disabled veteran gets me discounts on camping fees. I qualify for the Golden Access pass from the National Park Service. Many other government agencies offer discounted rates on their facilities if you have the Golden Access pass. The best part is, if you qualify for it due to disability, it's free.

Badog, stick with Passport America, Good Sam's and FMCA. If you're old enough get a Senior Pass (formerly Golden Age Pass) from the National Park service. You get in free to all of the National Parks and usually half price camping. We just spent a few nights in a nice pull thru with 50 amp electric and water on one of COE's West Point Lake campgrounds for $12 a night. Take advange of any state or local park programs for which you qualify.

As Jim is saying - do check out Passport America. This is the most inexpensive way to discount camping.

Do be aware that a lot of Passport America RV site have "black-out) dates. The system seems to be that the more popular the area is, the more black-out dates applies.
