I heard the same; $16k for a ticket. I'm going to watch the commercials from home and go to the bathroom and fridge for a cold beer, during the game, so I don't miss any... commercials.

I'm not a "Ball" fan. I can't see why people get so excited over watching other people beat themselves up, chasing a ball around a grass field. Give me something technical and I'm all ears.

If it wasn't for the "Darwin" effect, I think they should ban pro soccer altogether. What was it in Egypt? Over 70 dead and over 1100 hurt. Where next?

Hey, easy guys, a LOT of folks think WE are crazy for spending mega $$$$$$ on a house on wheels that guzzles fuel like a stampeding elephant, not to mention the depreciation we take every year. To each his own, I LIKE football, NOT love it and would never spend that kind of money for 3-4 hours of "entertainment" of any kind. But to each his own, Grandma always said thats why they make ice cream in chocolate, vanilla, strawberry...... AND she was right. I will join you folks in front of the tv, ask the DW to wake me up for the commercials, go to the bathroom during the game and feel relaxed when it is over. lol just my opinion

Actually, you have made a valid point here. We MUST be crazy!
My point was that it's just a game and I will never understand how people can get so worked up about something so trivial. But you're right, to each their own!

Touche'. You are correct! LOL It's all about one's priorities!

I actually LOVE football, but still not enough to pay that for parking, and then triple that for a ticket. lol

But I sure had a good time at my little superbowl party with friends in front of the big screen! Love me some NY Giants!
