Did they do the repairs and then charge you
OR
Did you have repairs done some where else and then expected them to reimburse you

Something tells me they took it someplace else, then wanted reimbursement.

Did you get a written warranty and if so, what were the conditions?

Yes, please tell us what exactly what is stated the written terms of the sale.

Is it written in your sales contract or did they verbally tell you that "we will fix anything that is wrong with the RV," and within what time frame? If it is stated in writing, are you required to bring it back to them to have the items fixed? It sounds as if you had the repairs done elsewhere.

I really think it has to say in writing that you can go anywhere you'd like to have "anything that's wrong, fixed" which I doubt very much that your contract states as most dealerships will NOT sell a used RV with a warranty that lets you take it anywhere to be fixed and then reimburse you for the repairs.

It sounds as if you could possibly be criticizing that business unfairly.

That's your side of the story. Not theirs. I'd like to hear from them too but they likely don't even know this post exists which as far as I'm concerned unfair to them.
