But I bet installing the insulation and lights were a breeze.

yep i have no idea why the pictures randomly choose to flip...but sure would have made the ceiling work easier..
steel arrives thursday and concrete is doing well after the noah worthy flood last night. The concrete guys really worked wonders keeping the rain off.

day two of miserable weather, got two panels up yesterday but rain and wind stopped us...plus we were frozen like a Christmas goose
the prodex insulation vapor barrier likes to think its a kite and takes some wrangling

When it gets to be time to add light fixtures, I would suggest wall mounted fixtures instead of ceiling mounted ones. The metal shed where I store my coach has ceiling mounted florescent lights and they are nearly useless when it comes to doing anything around the coach in the shed. Sure they probably do a great job of lighting the roof of the coach, but that does not do me much good most of the time, I would rather be able to see under the hood or into the basement compartments.

Good idea. Its very dark between the rv and garage wall.

that's sort of funny
we have side mounted jelly jar lights now and they are bright. I put them up before, because YES its dark on the the edges
we have had terrible weather the last four days. haven't got much of anything done
sides are done and hung one piece of steel over the overhang this morning...

We have almost the same set up. ours is 55 ft long. we put in full hook ups which really came in handy when we had friends staying in our MoHo during last years florida hurricanes. We did put lights on the walls, none on the ceiling. For the hookups, we built an insulated box to cover them. Live in SC, so we do get a good freeze now and again. We have some added room in that port so we can store some supplies along with lawn equipment. Hope you enjoy yours as much as we do ours.
