RV Port homes in the southwest?

Does anybody know of RV port homes in the southwest region of the U.S.? Ideally, we'd like to have a smallish home with the garage attached. We're thinking about AZ, NM, NV, UT, etc.

Here's the catch: we're not 55 yet and would need a spot that didn't exclude us.

Thanks for any clues.

I, nor my wife 7 years my junior, were 55 but were able to talk with the managers and they in turn went to some of the members and we were allowed into a resort when we stayed a year in Apache Junction, Az. You might ask if you are close to there age limits.
Found out the older members were far more partiers than we were!
Just do a search and you will come up with a long list of places.

There is a nice place in Indio,CA. Look for Indian Palms Country Club. There are houses that are around 1200 to 1800sqft and have 40ft enclosed MH garages. Prices are pretty depressed there right now.
