Bob, need a little more information. Pre-approval appraisal? As in a used value of a RV?
Different RV's have different processes.
Motorhomes have a completly different way of determining their value than a 5th wheel trailer.
Popups are different that TT's. And slide-ins are wide open.
You are going to find that there is not a lot of standardization of prices in the RV world. One dealer may have an asking price $5000 over a dealer 300 miles away.

Bob, your banker can help you determine a fair market value based on info of the unit. You may want to contract a co. or certified technician to perform a pre delivery inspection on a unit you are considering. This service is similar to a home inspector's job if you were buying a home. You will also want to have the maintenance records looked at and a chassis mechanic look over the drive train and suspension.

You can get a fairly good idea of value using the NADA Recreational Vehicle Pricing Guide.

Thanks for the help. I already have a loan value for the RV I am trying to buy. I was just wondering if anyone had used a service to do a once over for a RV that was to far away for me to personaly look at myself. Bob
