Hello and . We are glad to have you join us here and we look forward to reading of your adventures and experiences. I am sure you will enjoy the website and forums.
Winnebago installs a switch on the dash to control either chassis power (when key is on) or house power. You need to turn this switch to the chassis side so that it will not be powered when you turn the ignition key off. Good luck, stay safe and keep us posted.

I'm guessing it is a Jensen radio. I cannot turn my radio on or off (it's in a 2004 Winnebago Sightseer). However, it works with the remote control. A second radio is outside the RV, also a Jensen. It will come on all by itself in the middle of the night or whenever it wanted to, even though it was clearly switched off. I put an in-line switch on the power line and solved that problem.
