RV Refrigerator Repairs

I have a neighbor at my campground who isn't very computer savvy who asked me to post a query to anyone who may know of a good repair person or company in the NE Massachusetts or Southern New Hampshire (Haverhill/Plaistow) area. If anyone has had a quality repair done to their RV refrigerator in this area or has a recommendation I'd love to pass it on to him.

Thanks in advance for any replies.

The problem he is having is this:

His Dometic refrigerator is giving an error code that means the defrost heater in the freezer isn't working. He's tried everything short of tearing the unit apart including replacing the control board. He wants to get this repaired and is looking for a qualified person in-area to perform the work.

I have no experience with any shops in that area, however, he (you) can get on the Dometic web site. They should provide a listing of authorized repair facilities for that area.
