Yes folks have used Montana LLC for registration of their RVs
One just needs to make sure they are in compliance with their residency state registration laws (the state they claim as home) ......otherwise that state might get aggressive and fine you registration fees, interest and penalties

Can work if you are a fulltimer, but if you keep it parked at a landed home, someone may complain and you will end up having to re-register it in Georgia. The police like license plates and drivers licenses to be from the same state.
