Hi all. I'm looking for a good unbiased resource for RV reviews. Something like a consumer reports of RV's. We are looking to buy a HTTand I need a resource. Any suggestions? Thanks for the input.

NO such a thing IMHO. Any reports you read in print are biased one way or another.

Hi,

You are on a great website for RV reviews. Go to Forums and click on maufacturers and then find out what you want to know or do just what you are doing and ask away on a particular RV. There are a lot of great Rvers out here that have a ton of information or as we say," been there, done that."

I don't know if Consumer Reports rates RV's, however you can also subscribe to Motorhome Magazine or Trailer Life magazine and they Review RV's too.

I went ahead and bought a year subscription to RV Consumer Group - We Rate RVs

They provide ratings on RVs that are independent of the RV industry machine. If I recall correctly it was a bit over $139 to join and get a rather large data base of reviews. I also got a book and some downloads of reading material to go with it. Renewal is only $25 annually.

Like everything else, I take it with a grain of salt but I do like some of the approaches they take to rating an RV.

A site that will provide some info is www.rv-coach.com. The other way is to go to the owners forums for the specific type/model your looking at and get feedback from them. Hope this helps.
