I think they do ship from Canada.

At any rate we really like our SnapPads.

Be well.

Hi Scuffy,

We manufacture and ship from Mishawaka, Indiana however our corporate office is located in Western Canada. Unfortunately some banks will charge a foreign transaction fee for this (which we think is ridiculous). We have looked into it and the banks have complete control over this charge. We do not receive any of that fee. We apologize for the inconvenience, hopefully you find your SnapPads are well worth it.

Hi Bill & Lynne,

Thanks for asking.
We're designing and testing a larger version specific to the Power Gear 10" jack but may fit several other 10" jacks as well. A couple of unexpected hiccups have caused it to take longer than we would have liked. I promise you we're working hard to get the larger version released soon and continue releasing new versions for other leveling systems as well.

If you haven't been added already would you like me to add you to our waiting list? That way you will be one of the first to be notified when the new version is released. Just private message my your email address and leveling system on your RV.

Thanks again.

-Devon
