How about $200k - $400k? Would that be mid level?

The main question of my post is where do you get better rigs worked on for RV issues, not engine/drive train issues. Do you have to take your Newmar or Monoco or Tiffin back to the dealer? Or, are there RV repair shops scattered throughout the country that will work on anything?

I hope I cleared it up a little better. Thanks for the help. And any brand names for "mid level" RV's you would like to send my way will be appreciated.

There are lots of places to get your rv work done. Cummings brigeway does chassis and coach work. I get my mechanical work at a local Cat place and my coach work at cummings. You may have a shop in town that does work on diesel chassis.

Your question needs to be less open ended for a good answer. All the major coach builders have rv in various price ranges.

I have said many times on forum that bus shops are very good for work....here we have the school bus shop that is also have the big rigs that do the the trips, like to Vegas and local casinos ect, with prevost and all the big companys.. and they have very experienced techs, certified by many engine and chassis builders that know chassis of various brands very well. It's a place our local and dealers from hundreds of miles use for chassis maintenance.. I used a freightliner dealer when bought my alfa and there techs told me that they only look at and do whats on the service order... no visual inspecting for other problems.. and heck out of 14 bays they only had "ONE" bay with a pit...// at the bus shop they have six pits and look over rig for normal visual problems, which is hard with no pit.....and can you imagine labor for normal maintenance like oil changing and grease job, tranny ect with no pit, using creepers under coach???? of course your shops may be different.. but do ask how many bays with pits..
