RV Wash & Wax in Foley, Alabama

Being my motorhome will be in the Foley, Alabama area for a while I would like to get it washed and waxed.

Any recommendations are appreciated?

I don't know of any. You might check at a couple Campgrounds/RV Parks, they may know of someone. There is an RV repair/parts shop in Foley that might also know of someone.

Canal road in Orange Beach, just across the bridge from Foley has one or two places that can do the job

3900 S. McKenzie in Foley. they sell used MHs and probably have a kid that will wash yours.

I talked to two persons today that was washing some units in the park I am in. One was using a rough bristle brush, so I did not want him. The other one was using the same type of wool pads that I have, so he will be the one to do ours.

What park are you in? Let us know if he does a good wash/wax job & is reasonable. I'll be in that neck of the woods around Labor Day.

I am at the Lake Osprey RV Resort in Elberta. This guy has done two motorhomes while we have been here. For my short 33' model he wants $200 to wash and wax the motorhome which includes cleaning the roof and putting 303 on it. He is to wash the car also.

Great - we should be here. Look for the short Tiffin at the big oak tree.

Hopefully it will still be shiny and clean when you are here.

Edit: The LSU flag will be flying in the front!!

$200 sounds good; especially if it's his wax and equipment (buffer). If he doesn't work out, there are some boat places on 98 and they all know somebody that details boats and that's a very similar process.

Remember mine is only 33' long. He quoted me $275 at first until he actually looked at it. I don't believe he uses a buffer.

The DW said that was well worth it being I don't have to take the the chance to see if I would bounce if I happen to fall off the roof.

What happened? Can't log into the Tiffin Network. Guess they don't like Monaco's.
