Hi all, I have a friend who wants to rent an RV the first half of November for a trip from Michigan to AZ.

Where would my friend look to find places to rent an RV?

Thank you for any advice you can give me.
Mark

Hi Mark,

There's 18 businesses listed in our RV Links under RV Rentals, your friend might want to take a look at the list to see if any fit his needs.

Among the 18 businesses listed, there's one in particular that I'd highly recommend, Innovative RV, who is a sponsor of this website. The owner, Don Fauntleroy, was our wagonmaster at our 2002 National Rally and will also be the wagonmaster of the 2006 National Rally being held in the Smokey Mountains next summer. He's an active member of this site and volunteers his spare time as a moderator here.

Your friend can't go wrong using Innovative RV.

My friend has used http://www.cruiseamerica.com/. A little more expensive than the local rental places, but they are nation-wide. He didn't have any problems with the rental.

Good Luck!

Hi Mark! Is your friend wanting to do a one-way RV rental? If so, he may be pretty much limited to those RV rental companies with outlets both near their starting point in Michigan and ending point in Arizona. Doing a couple of searches on "rv rental" - one including the name the starting point and a second including the place where they plan to return the rental will probably narrow things down a lot.
