Sanitizing Fresh Water with AquaHot

We are planning to sanitize the fresh water tanks tomorrow but are wondering if we need to do anything special with the AquaHot system?

The high concentration of chlorine shouldn't be left in the hot water loop in the AquaHot. If you run the treated water through the hot water system, be sure to flush with untreated water after the treatment.

Just flush it out like you would do with the rest of the system. Nothing special.
