Friends,
It’s always good to save money on auto insurance J so when you can and it makes a difference, it’s worth looking into. Man, I hate paying huge premiums and that’s with a squeaky clean record.
Some of you are likely to already know about this offer while others may hear it for the first time.
################################################## ####################
I recently found out that I can save $50.00/month off my monthly auto insurance premium payment for 3 years by taking an online 4 hour Defensive Driver’s course.
What!!! Save $50.00/month and all I must do is watch a couple of videos? Yeppers J Sign me up!!
I just completed the course last night and dewd, it’s a piece of cake.
The class is about simple common sense driving, and you will be mailed a completion certificate and your insurance company will be notified. You will get immediate credit and some $$$ savings off your next insurance payment (monthly, six month, yearly).

Defensive Driving Online Course from National Safety Council - GEICO
The class cost $19.99 through GEICO’s website, and you have a year to complete it. Different insurance companies may provide various discount amounts unique to individuals, policies etc.
Different insurance companies may offer the training course for free or reduced cost from the basic online amount.
So start saving this week J

The OP has posted some strong claims on the potential of amount saved, here's a caveat I found buried in their own FAQ's:
Quote:
Can I take this course for an insurance discount and/or ticket dismissal? Since the regulations vary by state, insurance companies and driving records, please verify with your court/insurance agent if they will honor the Online Defensive Driving Course (DDC-4), from the National Safety Council, before purchasing the course.
- TX users - Due to certain restrictions, this online course is NOT currently approved by TEA.
