Do you know the manufacturer of your other rims?

I wanted a spare for my rig, it is a 10 hole 8.25 Accuride rim.

I contacted Accuride and gave them the numbers stamped on the wheel. They provided me with a current model number. They do not sell direct but provided a seller.

Here is the contact info
Accuride Corporation
2315 Adams Lane
Henderson, KY 42420
(800) 869-2275
(270) 831-6153 (Fax)

I ended up buying the tire from
Florida Shores Truck Center
3220 W. SR 442
P.O. Box 880
Edgewater, FL 32132
386-428-0841

If that doesn't work you may try some salvage yards. Here is one I've used several times.

Try here

Alcoa Aluminum Wheels Fitment Guide=

On their website they list no sales locations in Au, you may have to buy in North America and have it shipped.

I bought the same size rim with tire here (8 lug)Used RV Parts And Accessories | Visone RV Monaco Parts Dealer | rvparts.visonerv.com

In my case the inside rear dual(s) is a steel rim. Considering you want this for a spare check if your insides are steel or alloy. If they are steel the alloy rim is considerably thicker and may cause problems with lug length or hub bearing surface area to the outside wheel. Of course the steel wheel will work in any location as a spare.
