I'm wondering if many units actually do sell on this site. Perhaps putting it on a consignement lot would get better results. There's a well-known one in Houston called PPL.

Used RVs, Motorhomes for Sale, and Consigned sales - PPL Motor Homes

They get a lot of traffic coming to their facility and sell a lot.

Thanks for the suggestion, but, we really don't want to take the motor home to Houston and leave it there. After all we live in Florida, the motor home is stored in a storage lot in the community we live in and it is always plugged in to electric. It stays locked and is not left open for anyone to walk through without one of us being there. We have a business here that does consignments and nearly all of theirs are left open (lot is fenced), no electric and just about anyone can just go walking through them turning things on or off, and or picking up something. So we are just going to try and sell it either through here, the Tiffin owners site (tiffinrvnetwork.com) and RV Trader.

Lowered the price again. Sure would like to see it sold before the end of the year. Registration, insurance, lot rent all coming up. What I really don't understand is we are lower than most of them for sale on the internet and on a couple of the dealers lots. And the interest rate at Essex on a used motor home is at 4.5%.

Well credit is tight and most folks don't have $90,000 laying around. Some do have cash. Found an awesome 1998 Country Coach Magna 10mi from my home. Sent an email, dude sold it within 30hrs of posting it. I keep looking, hope it find what I want soon... 😜

Economy is in the dumper. We farm for a living. Everything has gone to hell. Selling our grain for less than half of what it was worth last year. Cant make money that way. Record high beef prices. Feeders are so high cant afford to buy any. Everyone is just trying to get by. I dont know a whole lot of people with an extra 100k laying around.

Don't get discouraged. The right person will come along soon enough. You may have to hang on to it a little while longer than you want to. We have been trying to sell a couple of our older grain trucks for about 6 months now with no luck.

It will sell at the correct market price....Don't let the ASKING price of other RV's influence you too much. (most sell for 25% less)
With new 32' Gassers selling for 80K (asking 110K) gives you an idea. Also calculate what it costs to keep it per month + depreciation.
Ask a dealer for the TRUE Black Book trade-in value then add $10K and sell it yourself.
RV's being for sale for long periods of time can get market 'stale'.

10k reduction will get some action.

Hey Mike, it might help the OP if you'd tell us how your selling price related to your asking price, and to the rest of similar units as yours that were for sale.
