Service Center experience

So here is my Service Center update: We ended us using Johnny's RV Discount Center in Theodore AL. Ended up with a total bill just north of $800.00. Not real confident that everything was serviced versus just being looked at. There was no explanation of what was done and what might be recommended ect...
The service dept had a management meltdown and the shop manager and his assistant had been fired, or "let go" and while the remaining staff was pleasant, I just did not have that warm fuzzy feeling about the quality of work.
So with my disquieted self I was ready to hook up to my Tow Master dolly pay my bill and move on.
When the attendant waved me down to hook up to the dolly, which, by the way, we had purchased about 2 weeks earlier and had modified to our specs, I notice it was not mine.... they had given my dolly to another customer!!!! Now here I set ready to go on a trip and I have no dolly, at least not my dolly!
They didn't seem to be very concerned about this issue, at least not the way I was concerned... Long story short they tracked the person down to a hotel they were staying in and retrieved my dolly...
2 things here;
1. no one paid any attention to what they were hooking up.
2. no one paid any attention to what they were hooking up to, staff or the customer.

oh boy....
anyway the staff was pleasant!!!

FYI: me and my Dad will be dusting our tools off and doing our own work....
