We have been known to do 'Sonic Burgers' on way to destination. If kids are w/ us, I like Fried Chicken and Ranch Potato Salad from Walmart. We also do Lean Cuisines, we try to be good. I have found a new salad, prepackaged at Wali, it's diced romaine, cabbage, cilantro and chipotle Ranch Dressing, a bit of cheese and tortilla strips, We add spinach and can do a few meals out of one bag, that's $3.74. For added flavor, rinsed canned beans on top or microwaveable Tyson Chicken Strips.

Rinse a can of your favorite beans, put in a mason and take them w/ ya. Add to salsa's salad's or pair w/ Jimmy Deans Breakfast omelets, microwavable. Strawberries dipped in cream cheese icing for dessert. Yum.

We love "Sprouts" brand Veggie chips-they are crisp and tasty, they have a light vegetable taste that isn't overwhelming. Especially good with a dip of your choice.

All frozen dishes from Michael Angelo's are resturant quality. Including the eggplant parmesan. Fast, easy and delicious and this coming from an Italian! There are also some really good entrees in the refrigerator section at Sam's Club. We have never used the stove in our camper yet but the microwave gets all the attention.

Lots of goodies at Costco. We like the "Just Add Lettuce" salad dressings. The product bills itself as the first “3-D” salad dressing, with provolone cheese, black olives, sun-dried tomatoes, onions, celery, and lots of other delicious stuff. Basically, it’s an Italian vinaigrette-type salad dressing, with the salad extras mixed in ahead of time. All you have to do is “add lettuce.” I appreciate quick and easy when we are stopping at a rest area for lunch.

That sounds like it would be good to marinate a steak.

I found the Uncle Wally's cookies at Publix grocery. They are probably trying to expand -so look for them.

There is a website, and Amazon sells some of their muffins - just not the cookies yet.

Thanks! I'll try to find them. If at a different store, I'll post on here. We don't have Publix in Houston, but maybe I'll find them on the road. We're presently enroute to Oregon and have reached mid-California.

We love Jimmy Dean's Mac & Cheese with Smoked Bacon. How can you not love bacon? We usually add a little extra shredded cheese on top. You can find it anywhere.

Trader Joe's has pre-cooked meatballs in the freezer section. I heat them up in a frying pan and add sauce the last few minutes for an easy spaghetti and meatballs. Both the big and small ones work, but the small ones are quicker to heat.

Pizza

BJ's has a frozen flat bread pizza by UNO, I spray the bottom with Olive Oil Pam and then add leftover cooked chicken or sausage, but necessary to add anything. Pop it on the gas grill and it is ready in less than 10 minutes. 2 pizzas in a box are around $7.75 .
