Shop4seats
We bought a love seat recliner from Shop4seats. Paid $230 extra for a quick build (2 week build). Couch wasn't ready on the day that I went to pick it up. I got half of my quick build money back & shop4seats paid to ship to me. The workmanship was awful. Took it back for repairs & they agreed to make us a new love seat. It was suppose to be done last Thursday & they would call to verify. Guess what no call & loveseat not finished as promised. Richard Valdez was going to make an arrangement to pick up loveseat today. I called this morning & nobody knows about the arrangement. Beware they lie & don't follow through.

Yikes!
I was thinking about buying a dual recliner from them for my class A
Monaco Double Recliner
I think I may wait a bit and see what others have to say, as well.

I am sorry to hear of this. We had exactly the same problem with these guys several years ago. It sounds like exactly the same story. It turned into a real disaster. I've also noticed these guys have changed their business name more than once since our experience with them.

After doing some research we realized that they have had different names for the company. Wish that we had done our homework after reading all the bad reviews.

I was looking into this place also and the old saying if it sounds too good it most likely isn't. Glad I found this out before the purchase.
JS,
Tim

I bought a complete set: Dinette, Couch, Barrel Chair and Captain's Chairs.
It all came three weeks early and workmanship and quality are excellent. All questions responded to within in hours.
So far I'm extremely pleased with their products and service. Service may be a function of the salesman you deal with. Our guy is Alec and he has been great. He used to work in production so I think that is a big advantage.

John,
Glad that you didn't have any problems. This is a production issue. One of the owners of the company told us that the loveseat would be done on Oct 20th.

This has always been the story with these guys. They can honour their offers and supply the quality they advertise, but they don't consistently do it, as Bounderx2 and I learned the hard way.

UPDATE
The loveseat was delivered free of charge last week. Both top cushions are ripped because stitching is to tight. I was assured that it was inspected before it left the factory. I called Was told that they will make new cushions & ship to us asap. Haven't heard anything back. So BEWARE

We thought about using them, but we just went to LaZboy instead.

About a year and a half ago, we ordered the DeLeon loveseat recliner for our Class C MH. It was shipped as planned (not a rush), and we were very happy with the quality and comfort. Thinking about replacing the couch in our new motorhome with the same recliner.
