Shower to a bath tub......have you done it??

Looking for a new(er) coach. The boss (my wife) says that the only thing acceptable is another coach with a bath tub. Our 2003 Winnebago Adventurer has a tub, but as of now I have not found a coach that has one. I would consider any(almost any)brand, but have not found any. I am considering a coach and then replacing the shower with a tub. Has anyone done this?? If so, is it a nightmare as I imagine it to be??

What do you do for hot water? Generally you only get 6 to 10 gallon heaters.
