Skirting maintenance

We just can't seem to keep the skirting (not sure that's the proper term, but I'm referring to the lower plastic trim) on our 5th wheel looking spiffy. Have been using armour-all, but it doesn't last long. Is there anything better? Thanks.

I use 303 on all the plastic bits on our rig. I think that armour all is a petroleum based product where as 303 aerospace protectant isn't.

armour-all will also dry out plastics and rubber which promotes cracking.
