Suggest the following: 1) check slide/jack manufacture's website for suggestons, 2) if hydraulic and run off of same system, suggest checking fluid level in resevoir. Lippert told me that any ATF fluid will do. Remember that when jacks and rooms are down and out that resevoir fluid level will be way down so be cautious when filling. 3) run generator or keep plugged in to keep electric level at full force while retracting rooms and jacks. Hope this helps.

My pg elec jacks will not operate without engine running. Have you tried with engine running. Also if one battery had to be replaced, the other might not be up to par.

One common factor, for both of these systems, is the parking brake switch. Make sure the wire is connected to the switch and the switch is connecting to ground. Remove the wire from the switch and connect it to a good ground, try your slides to see if the interlock circuit is seeing the ground.

Two last things. First, I have heard that if you un-plug the control panel for a few minutes and then re-plug, it might reset the control board. and if it still doesn't work , email power gear info@powergearus.com. They are very responsive and will walk you through a solution. I would send it now with all the details about your coach and the system that you have and you will get a response when they get in tomorrow morning.

Good luck and please update us.

You say the lights came on. These new batteries have to be almost 13 volts to operate the system. Maybe they need a little more time charging with the engine on or maybe your alternator/converter is not charging them.

I just want to say you guys are awesome!

We've never had this problem but you have just demonstrated (again) why it is that I cruise this forum at least twice a day.

Thank you!
