Question Slide Floor Replacement

Good Morning! I have a 2004 Prowler with an approx 14ft slide. Well between everything and weather the floor outside under the slide is wet, moldy, and simply falling apart. At this point it needs to be replaced. I am a full timer so it has to be done in one day while its parked outside. Any tips for making this a simple job? We will be removing the couch and dinette and everything like that on the slide. The biggest thing is getting everything done outside in one day. We will tackle the inside flooring replacement after the outside is done and safe and clean!! Any help would be beyond appreciated!

That floor can be replaced in 1 day by a pro,it is a pretty indepth job and slide must be supported and extended out to replace the floor. It would take me hours to explain,in depth. There is a video on u-tube that does a pretty good job of showing how to support the slideout, what pieces to remove, and the method of replacing the floor. go to u-tube,search rv slideout floor replacement.
The video has three older guys, they look like bikers, that know what their doing.
I hope this helps,if you can't find it,I will try to explain,in depth for you.

ps The best way to replace the floor is by removing the slide completely, but it can be done in place with slide in the out position.
