We have a 2015 35e Fleetwood excursion as I been reading are big slide rubes on floor. Had it at dealer said it's ok had it to Rev group were they rebuilt bedroom slide. And cut face board on big slide Now on big slide under the slide on back roller there's a indentation about one quarter inch on bottom of slide. Just wondering if anybody else had this problem ? Thanks for any reply

Yes, my rig showed early signs of the rollers eating into the slide. I showed the problem to the REV service center manager and was given the company line of: we don't install slide ramps this unit. Even though the lighter bedroom slide had factory ramps.
I installed the slide ramps on my own. Slides are very heavy. FYI
