Slide out issue

Need your help. We just purchased a 2011 Winnebago Tour. One of the passenger slide outs will not go out. I locked the slide in Yesterday. Now it will not open. All the other slides work fine. Any help would be appreciated
Thanks,
Larry

Do you have the coach plug into ground plug or are you using the house batteries or generator to move the slides?

I had to flip my house battery disconnect switch a couple times to get mine to go out. Must have a dirty connection.

Is you slides hydralic or electric?

Thanks for your reply

It seems that in some 2010 Tours there is an issue with some oxidation on some bolts and that you have to tap the slideoutd motor, while someone else pushes the slideoutd unlock button. It worked.
Thanks again

The tour did have a problem with the safety switch on the bed not engaging and not allowing the slide to move. Might be that.
