Slide room gear replacement

Have a 1998 National Tropical, the couch/dinette slide goes out fine but will not go in without assistance. It sounds like the front gear is slipping. Anyone know how to remove the gear and where to purchase new one? Thanks in advance

You might look at your manuals to locate the name of the manufacturer. FMCA also has a list of National vendors. I think it is PowerGlide, but I may be wrong.
