Question slideout cover adjustment

I'm new to this forum and hope someone can help me find a way to adjust or tighten the cover that goes over our large slideout on our 2002 Tiffin Allegro Bus. I'm sure I'm not the only one with this issue as I have seen the same sagging on other motorhomes. I appreciate any help I can get!

I just went through the same thing. The sagging allowed water to pool and bad things happened.

If the cover sags more in the center portion than the sides it's probably ready to be replaced and no amount of spring tension is going to fix it. Replacement fabric is not too horribly expensive.

Lots of posts in the forums about slide covers, you shouldn't have any problem finding a place to order them from.

The problem is the middle stretch and made a pool you want be able to tighten to get that out. It just the nature of the beast with that design. People don't realize that all those MH sitting out there for sale with the slides open are just stretching the toppers. Some people put air pillows under then or throw a rope across to pull the sides down to let out the water.
