Small holes in fiberglass roof, need to fill

Hi
I removed an old satellite antenna and need to fill in four small holes that are about 1/8" to 1/4"each. Should I just fill them with dicor or is there a better way to seal them on a fiberglass roof?

Believe I would fill them with Dicor then put a round "patch" of Eternabond over each filled hole...
